Ladies Wellness Retreat

We believe in ageing gracefully. It is in the hands of individuals how to make use of their years of experience and learning at a later age. Ladies, when passed child baring years, step into another era of production. However, due to the hormones, they can go through uncomfortable times like losing self-esteem, being unhappy about fat accumulation on certain parts of the body, mood swings and many more.. These years bring physical, mental, and emotional challenges. And we know that these are the necessary preparations to open up newness in life. It is another era of self-discovery. When stepping out of the ordinary, changing our perspective, and experiencing the world through different lenses with a guide, we create magic.   

The Aspiration Group and Ozlem Ahishka-Weber have partnered to utilise our hospitality relationships and psychology expertise to create a specifically curated journey where ladies can gain internal balance, and peace to radiate inner beauty through various discussions and activities.  Travelling to destinations that are suitable to refresh the body, stimulate the mind and rejuvenate the soul through natural, historical and active explorations and experiences.

Our collaboration brings together the expertise of Ozlem Ahiska-Weber with the knowledge and experience of the Aspiration Group. Together, we have designed a luxurious retreat in a breathtaking natural setting where ladies will have the opportunity to connect with nature and re-discover themselves through colour therapy.

We will be exploring the natural elements and how they can help us achieve a greater sense of well-being. In addition, we will also delve into the role of colour in our lives. Colour can have a profound impact on our physical and emotional health.  We will be using this knowledge to help you discover new aspects of yourself through colour therapy activities and discussions. You will learn techniques to increase self-awareness and manage stress.

In this workshop, we will explore four Lumina personality archetypes – Commanding, Inspiring, Empowering, and Conscientious-. You will be given access to the personality assessment test of Lumina Learning. We find your dominating type, its relation to your communication and dressing style to create harmonious relations with yourself, others and the universe.

Self-awareness and acceptance: Learn about Lumina Learning personality archetypes to help you develop further self-awareness, recognize your strengths, and accept yourself during this transitional phase.
